Cooling machine (high-temperature material cooling+waste heat recovery)
Used for cooling high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, pellets, steel slag, blast furnace slag, etc. at 800-1500 ℃, and synchronously recovering waste heat.
Bag filter (also known as bag filter or filter dust collector) is a dry and efficient dust removal equipment that uses porous fiber filter material to physically filter and separate dusty flue gas. It is currently the mainstream core equipment for achieving ultra-low emission of flue gas dust in industrial fields such as coal-fired power plants, steel, coking, and cement. It is also an essential environmental protection facility for coal transportation systems and boiler flue gas treatment. Its capture efficiency for PM2.5 ultrafine dust can reach over 99.99%, and the export dust concentration can be stably controlled below 5mg/m ³ for a long time, fully meeting the ultra-low emission limit requirements of GB 16297-2023 "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants".
The desulfurization tower is the core environmental protection equipment for removing sulfur dioxide (SO ₂) from industrial flue gas (such as coal-fired power plants, steel mills, cement plants). The mainstream is the limestone gypsum wet spray tower, which has the most mature technology and the highest efficiency (≥ 99%).
Denitrification equipment is an environmental protection device used to remove nitrogen oxides (NOx) from industrial flue gas. It is mainly used in thermal power plants, boilers, steel mills, cement plants, kilns, etc., with the aim of meeting the national ultra-low emission requirements (NOx ≤ 50mg/m ³).
Magnetic lining plate is an efficient wear-resistant lining for ball mills and semi autogenous mills, made of high-strength wear-resistant shell and permanent magnet composite. It relies on strong magnetic force to adsorb crushed steel balls, iron powder, and magnetic minerals, automatically forming a dynamic protective layer of 20-30mm on the surface. The medium grinds the protective layer without grinding the lining plate, achieving almost zero wear operation.

High chromium alloy/high manganese steel wear-resistant hammer head, bimetallic composite/integral casting, high hardness, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for hammer crushers, sand making machines, fine crushers, crushing ores, coal gangue, limestone, etc., with high crushing efficiency and a lifespan 2-3 times that of ordinary hammer heads.
High chromium cast iron discharge grate/grid plate, precision casting, precise grate gap, anti blocking and wear-resistant. Used for screening and controlling material particle size and stable flow rate in ball mills and crushers, HRC 58–62, Lifespan of 8-14 months, not easily deformed and not clogged with materials.
High chromium alloy/wear-resistant cast steel liner, centrifugal casting/precision casting, smooth inner wall, uniform hardness, and resistance to particle erosion. Used for screw conveyors, pump bodies, feeders, shaft sleeves, and other parts, it is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and extends the life of vulnerable parts. It can be customized according to the inner diameter/length.
High chromium alloy/bimetallic composite wear-resistant pipeline (straight pipe, elbow, tee, reducer), inner layer HRC 60-65, outer layer carbon steel pressure bearing. Used for conveying coal powder, slurry, and ash in mining, metallurgy, and power industries. Its wear resistance life is 5-10 times that of ordinary steel pipes, and its temperature resistance is between -40 ℃ and 600 ℃.
