Jaw plate (tooth plate/tooth plate)
The core crushing and wear-resistant components of the jaw crusher consist of movable jaw plates and fixed jaw plates, which form the crushing chamber. Crushing is achieved through reciprocating squeezing and splitting of materials, with a toothed surface to enhance gripping and crushing capabilities.
The core component of the hammer/impact crusher is installed on the rotor, which rotates at high speed to strike the material until it is crushed. The weight and material directly determine the crushing efficiency and lifespan.
Lining board (protective board)
Installed on the inner wall of the crusher body, it protects the shell from material impact and wear, while assisting in adjusting the crushing chamber shape and improving grinding efficiency.
The main shaft of the jaw crusher drives the movable jaw to perform periodic reciprocating motion. Undertaking huge bending and twisting loads, the eccentricity determines the swing amplitude of the moving jaw.
Elbow plate (thrust plate/safety plate)
Connect the movable jaw to the frame, transmit power and support the movable jaw; At the same time, it is a safety device - it will break automatically when overloaded, protecting the core components of the host.
