Magnetic separator

Magnetic separator is a core equipment that utilizes the magnetic difference of materials to separate magnetic and non-magnetic substances in a magnetic field. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, environmental protection, building materials, food and other fields.

Flotation machine

Based on the difference of mineral surface wettability, the flotation machine is a core beneficiation equipment that allows target minerals to attach bubbles and float up into foam and gangue slurry by means of agent modification and aeration stirring, so as to realize the separation of valuable minerals from waste rocks. It is widely used for the separation of copper, lead, zinc, gold, molybdenum, coal, non-metallic ores, etc.

Spiral chute (fiberglass spiral, coarse selection/scanning selection)

● Principle: Spiral inclined flow, slurry rotates and flows along the groove, heavy minerals sink in the inner groove, light minerals float in the outer groove, and are automatically discharged in zones. ● Applicable: fine to medium sized (0.02~2mm) tungsten, tin, gold, titanium, coal slurry, and tailings recovery.

Centrifugal beneficiation machine (Nielsen/gold centrifuge, specialized for fine gold particles)

● Principle: A strong centrifugal force field (60-100G) strengthens the density difference, causing fine heavy minerals to be thrown onto the inner wall and light minerals to be discharged with water. ● Applicable: Fine grained gold (<0.074mm), sand gold, rock gold tailings, platinum group metals, with extremely high recovery rates.

Belt chute (blanket machine/cloth ditch machine, fine mud recycling)

● Principle: Tilt the rubber belt slowly upwards, feed the slurry into the lower end, and the heavy minerals are sucked by the belt/blanket and transported to the upper end for unloading, while the light minerals flow away. ● Applicable: Fine mud (<0.045mm) containing gold, tin, tungsten, rare earths, and oxidized iron ore.

Heavy medium cyclone (coarse particle pre selection)

● Principle: In a heavy medium (magnetite powder+water), minerals with a density greater than the medium sink and minerals with a density less than the medium float, approximately sorted by density. ● Applicable: Coarse grained (5-50mm) hematite, manganese ore, lead-zinc ore, coal, pre selected waste rock.
