Magnetic lining plate

Magnetic lining plate is an efficient wear-resistant lining for ball mills and semi autogenous mills, made of high-strength wear-resistant shell and permanent magnet composite. It relies on strong magnetic force to adsorb crushed steel balls, iron powder, and magnetic minerals, automatically forming a dynamic protective layer of 20-30mm on the surface. The medium grinds the protective layer without grinding the lining plate, achieving almost zero wear operation.

Alloy lining plate

Core positioning: The mainstream wear-resistant lining for equipment such as ball mills, crushers, and coal mills, which combines high hardness and toughness, is more wear-resistant and has a longer service life than high manganese steel.

Hammerhead

High chromium alloy/high manganese steel wear-resistant hammer head, bimetallic composite/integral casting, high hardness, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for hammer crushers, sand making machines, fine crushers, crushing ores, coal gangue, limestone, etc., with high crushing efficiency and a lifespan 2-3 times that of ordinary hammer heads.

Grate plate

High chromium cast iron discharge grate/grid plate, precision casting, precise grate gap, anti blocking and wear-resistant. Used for screening and controlling material particle size and stable flow rate in ball mills and crushers, HRC 58–62, Lifespan of 8-14 months, not easily deformed and not clogged with materials.

Wear resistant lining

High chromium alloy/wear-resistant cast steel liner, centrifugal casting/precision casting, smooth inner wall, uniform hardness, and resistance to particle erosion. Used for screw conveyors, pump bodies, feeders, shaft sleeves, and other parts, it is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and extends the life of vulnerable parts. It can be customized according to the inner diameter/length.

Wear resistant pipeline

High chromium alloy/bimetallic composite wear-resistant pipeline (straight pipe, elbow, tee, reducer), inner layer HRC 60-65, outer layer carbon steel pressure bearing. Used for conveying coal powder, slurry, and ash in mining, metallurgy, and power industries. Its wear resistance life is 5-10 times that of ordinary steel pipes, and its temperature resistance is between -40 ℃ and 600 ℃.
