● Common materials: high chromium cast iron Cr15/Cr20/Cr26 (mainstream KmTTBCr26), multi-element low-alloy steel, chromium molybdenum nickel alloy steel.
● Hardness: HRC 58-65, wear-resistant skeleton made of M ₇ C Ⅲ type carbides, extremely strong anti-wear particle wear.
● Wear resistance: 3-5 times that of ordinary high manganese steel and 2-3 times that of low-alloy steel.
● Resilience: After Mo/Ni alloying and quenching tempering, it is resistant to impact and not prone to edge cracking.
Corrosion resistance: high chromium forms a passive film, resistant to mineral slurry, weak acid and alkali, and humid dust.
