This device is used in conjunction with a semi-autogenous mill. It is divided into two types: the built-in spiral self-return type and the external screening belt self-return type. The core function is to separate the difficult-to-grind and stubborn rocks and scrap steel balls from the crushed materials, and to automatically return the coarse-grained materials back to the mill for further grinding. 
After the slurry is screened by the grading sieve, the qualified fine materials enter the next process; the large chunks of hard rocks screened out are transported by a screw / belt conveyor and flow back in the opposite direction to the feed end of the mill for repeated grinding. This effectively avoids the accumulation of hard rocks, which would reduce the grinding efficiency, stabilizes the output particle size, increases the processing capacity of the mill, and reduces the power consumption of the grinding process. 
The equipment is equipped with wear-resistant liners, anti-blocking mesh bars, and anti-tear conveying structures, which are suitable for various metal mine grinding production lines. Small grinding machines can be selected with an integrated internal type, occupying a small area; large-scale beneficiation equipment comes with an external self-return system, making maintenance convenient and compatible with cone crushers to achieve pre-crushing of hard rocks, suitable for large-capacity continuous production. The entire structure operates stably, achieving a closed-loop automated cycle for grinding, reducing manual transportation and lowering production losses.
