2、 Structure and Principle
● Core structure: grinding disc (horizontal rotation)+3-4 grinding rollers (hydraulic pressure)+upper powder selector+hot air inlet (drying)
● Working principle
Feeding: The material falls to the center of the grinding disc
Rolling: Rotation of grinding disc → Centrifugal force → Formation of material bed → Strong squeezing by hydraulic grinding roller
Drying classification: hot air simultaneously dries materials; Fine powder is carried into the powder selection machine by the airflow
Cycle: Coarse powder falls back and grinds again, fine powder is collected and discharged
