(2) Structural composition
Kiln body: Made of high-quality steel plate rolls, lined with high alumina refractory bricks/magnesium iron spinel bricks (resistant to 1500 ℃+high temperature)
Transmission device: main motor+reducer+small gear, driving the kiln body to rotate at low speed (0.35-4.0 r/min)
Supporting device: wheel belt+supporting wheel set, supporting the weight of the entire kiln (several hundred to 1700 tons)
Wheel blocking device: hydraulic/mechanical wheel blocking, controlling the axial movement of the kiln body
Sealing system: graphite blocks/labyrinth seals at the kiln head and tail to prevent air and material leakage
Combustion system: Multi duct burner, suitable for fuels such as coal powder, natural gas, heavy oil, etc
