1. Load-bearing and self-aligning: The bottom is a convex spherical surface, which fits the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat, allowing for slight self-adjustment to ensure uniform contact between the hollow shaft and the bushing surface, avoiding local crushing;
2. Reducing friction and lubricating: The inner surface is a pitch-bonded alloy layer, which forms an oil film with the hollow shaft neck, significantly reducing the rotational friction resistance;
3. Heat dissipation and buffering: Conveying frictional heat and buffering the impact load of the mill operation;
4. Protecting the hollow shaft: The soft alloy layer wears out first, protecting the more expensive hollow shaft.
II. Overall Structure (Double-layer Composite Structure)
The bushing is composed of a cast iron base + pitch-bonded alloy layer, with an overall shape of a semi-circular arc:

Bushing back (base) Material: HT200/HT250 gray cast iron, the bottom is machined into a convex spherical surface, the side is equipped with high-pressure oil holes, temperature measurement holes, and cooling water channels; high strength and good rigidity, transmitting all loads to the bearing base.
