Classification
The main shaft of the jaw crusher drives the movable jaw to perform periodic reciprocating motion. Undertaking huge bending and twisting loads, the eccentricity determines the swing amplitude of the moving jaw.
Elbow plate (thrust plate/safety plate)
Connect the movable jaw to the frame, transmit power and support the movable jaw; At the same time, it is a safety device - it will break automatically when overloaded, protecting the core components of the host.
The core support component of a belt conveyor is used to support the conveyor belt and materials, reduce running resistance, prevent belt sagging and deviation, and ensure smooth operation of the belt.
Conveyor power and steering core, divided into driving drum (transmitting power, driving belt) and reversing drum (changing direction, tensioning belt). The surface is often coated with adhesive (flat adhesive, patterned adhesive) to increase friction and prevent slipping.
The conveyor carries and pulls components, and operates in a cyclic manner to achieve continuous material transportation. Composed of a core (strong layer) and upper and lower covering adhesive, it requires high strength, wear resistance, and tensile resistance.
The support structure of the conveyor frame fixes the rollers, drums, and driving devices to bear the weight and material load of the entire machine, ensuring accurate positioning and stable operation of each component.
Connect the transmission components of the motor reducer drum shaft system, transmit torque, and compensate for installation deviations (radial, angular, axial) of the two shafts, as well as buffer and reduce vibration.
The core of the grinding machine grinds wear-resistant parts, made of high-strength alloy material as a whole. When working, it rotates with the spindle and presses and crushes materials with the grinding ring, achieving ultrafine grinding of materials such as ore, limestone, talc, etc. Wear resistance and impact resistance are key components that determine the fineness of discharge and equipment capacity.
Used with matching grinding rollers, fixed in the inner cavity of the machine body, forming a circular grinding track. Undertaking the rolling pressure of grinding rollers, cooperating to complete material crushing and grinding, using high chromium wear-resistant alloy casting, high temperature resistance, not easy to deform, greatly extending the service life of the whole machine.
Graded screening of core components, high-speed rotation generates centrifugal wind force. Accurate control of powder fineness, interception of coarse particles falling back and re grinding, qualified fine powder discharged with airflow, can be adjusted by speed to meet different fineness production needs.

HT250 gray cast iron (universal type): shock-absorbing, easy to cast, low cost
