1. Красный дуговой роликовый подшипник: износостойкая рабочая поверхность, изготовленная из высоких хромсодержащих литых стальных сплавов, обладает высокой твёрдостью и ударопрочностью; во время работы прижимает вращающуюся меловую дисковую поверхность, прессует материал и обеспечивает измельчение. После износа подшипник можно заменить отдельно или использовать с переворотом, что снижает эксплуатационные расходы.
2. Белый гидравлический подшипниковый корпус: внутри установлены тяжёлые подшипники и уплотнительные компоненты, внешний гидравлический цилиндр создаёт давление для измельчения; на боковых поверхностях имеется несколько групп болтов для разборки и ремонта, а верхняя крюк-подвеска позволяет удобно поднимать всю конструкцию.
3. Комплектная сборка: после сборки вся система устанавливается на рычаг вертикальной мельницы. Обычно одна вертикальная мельница оснащена 2–4 комплектами одинаковых измельчающих валков, которые совместно измельчают такие сырьевые материалы, как известняк, сталеплавильный шлак, уголь и шлак.
