I. Product Positioning
This piece is the core main bearing cast steel component of the vertical roller mill, also known as the grinding disc base. It is the basic supporting component for the power transmission and material grinding of the entire machine. The upper end is equipped with the grinding disc liner, and the lower end is connected to the output shaft of the main reducer, bearing all the grinding pressure and material impact loads.
II. Structural Features
1. Top Precision Flange Head The CNC precision machined cylindrical main shaft and ring-shaped bolt flange are used for positioning and fixing the grinding disc liner, with high coaxiality accuracy, ensuring smooth rotation and avoiding vibration during operation.
2. Conical Reinforcement Shell The integrated casting of thickened radial ribs throughout the body, in a lower-wide-upper-narrow conical structure, significantly enhances the overall rigidity, dispersing the huge alternating stress generated by the grinding rolls, and preventing cracking and deformation.
3. Bottom Connecting Flange The precision machined bottom flange is rigidly connected to the output end of the main reducer, completely transmitting the motor-driven torque, achieving uniform rotation of the grinding disc.
III. Core Materials
It uses high-strength alloy cast steel (ZG35CrMo, ZG42CrMo), which undergoes annealing to relieve stress and quenching and tempering heat treatment, possessing high toughness, anti-fatigue, and anti-shock properties, suitable for long-term heavy-load continuous production conditions.
