1、 Core working principle
The equipment is powered by a drum, which is driven to rotate by a motor and a reduction mechanism. The flame retardant conveyor belt is continuously operated by the friction between the drum and the conveyor belt; Cooperate with the groove type roller group to support the conveyor belt and materials, and the tensioning device stabilizes the tension of the conveyor belt to avoid slipping and deviation; Ultimately, the raw coal is transported smoothly and continuously from the receiving end to the unloading end, and can be adapted to various conveying paths such as horizontal, inclined, turning, and vertical lifting.

1. 4. Roller support unit: groove type load-bearing roller, buffer roller (shock-absorbing and impact resistant at the receiving end), self-aligning roller (anti deviation), return flat roller, using labyrinth seal, dustproof and waterproof, with a service life of not less than 30000 hours.
5. Tensioning unit: There are three main types: heavy hammer, hydraulic, and spiral. Its core function is to maintain a constant tension on the conveyor belt, ensure the friction between the drum and the conveyor belt, and avoid belt relaxation, slippage, and joint cracking.
