Full production resumed after the flood! Equipment is being dispatched in batches.

Recently, Shenyang experienced heavy rainfall. The factory temporarily halted production to carry out drainage work, equipment moisture-proofing and safety hazard inspections. Currently, the factory has completed all post-disaster maintenance and the production line has fully resumed full-load operation. The first batch of large-scale metallurgical complete equipment has completed painting, quality inspection, and has been officially loaded and dispatched, with the delivery rhythm of customer orders returning to normal.
1. Safety re-production work after the disaster was implemented in place
After the heavy rain, the company immediately organized technical and safety teams to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the production workshop, welding stations, storage areas, power supply and water supply systems:
1. Clear the accumulated water in the factory, clear the drainage pipes, and eliminate the risk of waterlogging in the factory;
2. Dry and repair the damp welding equipment and steel structure processing machines, and conduct maintenance and debugging;
3. Conduct safety re-examination throughout the factory, complete the safety re-acceptance for resumption of work, and ensure zero risk in the workshop production.
All employees have returned to work, and welding, assembly, flaw detection, anti-corrosion painting and other processes have all started. The production capacity has returned to the standard before the heavy rain, and can stably undertake large-scale domestic and international metallurgical equipment customization orders.
2. Batch delivery of complete equipment, stable supply chain
The equipment to be dispatched this time is the core cylinder equipment of the customized large-scale metallurgical rotary kiln. It is transported by heavy low-flatbed special trailers, and the equipment has undergone multiple quality inspections such as non-destructive testing and anti-corrosion spraying, meeting the manufacturing standards for overseas export. The logistics channels have been fully cleared, domestic land transportation and customs clearance procedures have returned to normal, and subsequent multiple batches of overseas orders will be dispatched in accordance with the contract terms, without delaying the project schedule for customers.
3. Enterprise's subsequent guarantee plan
The rapid resumption of work and on-time delivery after the flood fully demonstrated the enterprise's mature emergency response capabilities and stable delivery guarantee strength. In the future, the factory will:
1. Establish a pre-emptive protection plan for extreme weather, and prepare for waterproofing of the factory buildings and equipment protection reserves in advance;
2. Optimize production schedules, steadily increase production capacity, and rush to produce and ship the backlog of orders at home and abroad;
3. Synchronously connect with overseas cooperation customers, synchronize production and shipping progress, and ensure the stability of global project supply.
